‘Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0’ does not show that description.
I guess you choose that form by default or so.
Please try ‘Catalog Booking Form 2.0’.
Amelia –> Customize –> Choose a Form
It remind me that ‘Booking Forms 1.0’ also show the description, but it’s older version.

Seems peculiar why in the 2.0 version the description is not being added. I am pretty sure everyone would like to add some description about the service provided. Or it could be left empty to hide it.
No, I don’t think so.
I checked the settings & form customization again, but there is no such snippets or settings.
The 1.0 was wasting huge area in browser, so 2.0 is imploved to a minimal style form. That’s why, I guess.

As @riodelphino mentioned, the service description is only displayed in the catalog booking forms at the moment. We do not have any workaround at the moment, but we will have this included in the future as an option to display it on all the booking forms.
