Hi Jisas,

You can order staff by Menu Order. When you add/edit staff members you can give them a menu order. When you use the Staff shortcode, just select Menu Order from the Orderby dropdown and you staff will display in the order you specified.

Alternatively, you can create separate tables for each job using multiple shortcodes but specifying job roles for each one.
