That happen just with variable product…
So normal product works but variable show the words “array” and not the real value
And is there a way to show field only in order and email but not in frontend?
Yes you can, go to wp-admin -> Fields Factory -> Settings and unset Display on Cart & Checkout option.

I installed new version but problem with variation product still remain:
I create field called CODICE FORNITORE in all product with variation in variation tab. And in backend I set (fill with a different value) for every varation 1 field CODICE FORNITORE
So i expect that if one client choose a variation in front end I will see that field in order and email order but:
1- if i set no visible in product page and chechout the field don’t appear in order and email
2- if i set visible in product page appear all the code put in all variant not just the one set for that variant and anyway field don’t appear in order and email

I installed new version 2.0.3
Now If i set custom field in variation i can see in order and email but it’s wrong…I see all the value separated with comma and not only the value of the variant…
EXAMPLE
TABLE variant white
custom field: WHT
TABLE variant RED
custom field: RD
I choose red variant and in order and email i see:
custom field: white, red
We would see only RD
