    If possible, I would like the fade up hover effect to show the title before it moves up. So it overlays the bottom of the image, then on hover the rest of the description scrolls up. Is there a way to do this?

    Yes, you can. Check there have to fade up options into titles or descriptions. Change it and add as animation.
