    trying to get the rsvp button on a page using
    [rsvpmaker_next showbutton=”1″]
    but always get the full event text. what’s wrong?

    adding a button to go to the event page instead of using the shortcode

    I’m not sure. I did some fine tuning of that function in release 6.0.3, which is out today. Let me know if you’re still seeing the same issue.

    One change I made is that you can include [rsvmmaker_next rsvp_on=”1″ showbutton=”1″] where you’re specifying that you want the next event for which RSVP registrations are turned on.

    I did some testing of various parameters. As they say in tech support, “it works on my machine” … but let me know if you still see the issue after this update.

    If you turn on the Gutenberg editor, there’s now a visual RSVP Embed Event widget for setting the different options.
