Show/hide content with menu

    Hi
    I need to create a menu in Jquery that show certain content clicking a voice on the menu and hide all the others
    The menu will be set in a page
    Like a category menu, I add my content to a category and trough this Ajax menu it show me the content of the category that I have chosen and hide all the other
    I need also the option all, that show me all the content
