I second that. I would especially like to deactivate the “Updated”-date. Since when is this included in Hueman, never recognized it before.
@whale74 – It’s part of the Structured Data option added in v3.1.1.

I think it is better to add an option on Customize section, just like Make theme.
It would be possibile to add this feature?
