Hi,
Please open plugin settings page. On the general tab you will see ‘Hide values without products’ and ‘Hide empty widgets’. Turn them off and save the settings.

I turned off all the options, but again there is no value without products and it does not show empty widgets.
I cleared the cache of the site and the browser. Could it be the woocommerce plugins cache? I tried everything. Your plugin is great, only this is causing me a problem, because customers are asking to display filter values that are not active.

“no value without products” – do you mean that values don’t have any products at all? Values that don’t have any products associated with them will not be shown.

I created a product that doesn’t show, but has all the attributes, and now everything is fine. You helped me a lot. Thank you. Your plugin is excellent, and I hope to convince current clients and future clients to buy it 🙂
