Showing blank screen

I installed this plugin on my website: http://www.publicard.ca on page: http://www.publicard.ca/en/store-locations/
At the admin end, there is no option to enter locations.
There are 4 tabs at the admin end:

Locations
Configuration
Install
Locatoraid Pro

Make use of the following shortcode in any of your posts or pages:
[locatoraid]

Above is the only thing i can see there. I cant see anything when i click on locations, configuration, install etc. Please guide.
