The idea here would be hide the checkoxes:
#fbuilder .cff-checkbox-field input{display:none !important;}
And include, as the choices’ texts, <div> or <span> tags with a class name applied. And finally, define this custom class name into the “Customize Form Design” attribute in the “Form Settings” tab.

A possibility would be include the following style definition into the “Customize Form Design” attribute in the “Form Settings” tab:
#fbuilder .captcha,
#fbuilder .captcha .fields{float:left; clear: none;}
However, this style definition can require some modifications depending on the styles included by the theme active on your website.
