I added a new rss feed and it shows up in the editor but will not go into the site. I have tried to clear all caches but it did no good. You do not have any help articles for this speifically that I could find. All my rss aggregator paid subscriptions have expired but all the other feeds keep on working. This is a new feed source that I was trying to add. Can I still add new feeds? This is why I have not renewed my subscription because of these type of problematic things. And also I typically do not use these wordpress forums because I normally have to dig around for an answer and usually never find one. One should be able to use the premium even after they expire but evidentally one cannot.I need to be able to email support and get an answer but ofcourse I cannot without paying for premium again. I do not agree with this type of support after one’s premium expires. I will just have to erase the site and call it a lesson well learned. And naturally because of the problems and not being able to email directly to support, I will not be renewing these premium plugins.

  • @neddyrich1 You could try troubleshooting your website’s WordPress cron system by installing the WP Crontrol plugin. We rely on the WP Cron to regularly schedule tasks that fetch and update feeds, and on some hosts, they could get stuck or may be disabled by your host. You can speak to your host about this as well.

We use the freemium model to sustain the development of the free plugin and premium add-on’s. This means the core plugin is available free of cost, and comes with limited support on this forum. However, the premium plugins require a paid subscription for users to obtain regular updates, bug fixes and email support. If you know of any other model that you can suggest to sustain this effort, please let us know.

Thanks for using WP RSS Aggregator.
