OK, time to give up – going to look into another thread’s recommendation: Simple Staff List . . . as this plugin appears to have been abandoned, or is at the very least no longer supported by its creators? Ah well . . .
So I had this issue as well. Updated to the latest version and now getting a blank page. The following error is showing up.

Keeps the plugin from working in any way.
Wes, Sorry to hear this… I made my staff list simple Visual tab content — nothing I tried to replace this plugin with was simple enough. Doesn’t appear the plugin devs monitor this support area? :-/ Let me know if you find something that would replace it adequately. Hope they either release an update that fixes this issue!
