Showing request form not working

    Hello! I have a bit of an issue with the showings request form on a typical WP Listings item – see this as an example -> https://www.copelandcompany.com/listing/1010-lake-shore-dr-202-condo-for-sale/

    So on the front end when I submit a test request, I don’t know where it’s directed to. On the backend settings for the plugin, there’s a setting for “Add default form entries to IDX Broker?” I do have IDX Broker integrated, so I checked on that backend, but my test lead was not captured. I tried to “un” enable that check box, and save, and I get a successful save message from the WP Listings settings. But, nothing happens – the box is still checked.

    I’m not sure what to do from here. Can you help? Thank you.

    The default form entries are sent to the email address of the author of the listing. Confirm that listing has an author assigned to it and that you have access to that email address.

    Secondly, if you fill out the form using an email address that is already in your IDX account as a lead, a new lead is not created; Instead, a note is added to the lead. Looking at your IDX account, I see a note added today for a particular lead (https://middleware.idxbroker.com/mgmt/leadnotes.php?id=80), which I suspect is the one you are testing.

    Hi, so a follow up. This time I just tested this page -> https://www.copelandcompany.com/listing/1191-bay-view-way-home-wellington-sale/

    I used a different email address ([email protected]) an tested it. The author is me, [email protected], which is tied to a test account in IDX broker. I did not receive an email to my @me.com address, nor did I get anything to the @800goldlaw.com address.

    So now I’ve added the listing agent to my WordPress site, whose email address is [email protected]. I made her the author. I tested again with the @800goldlaw.com address, and received nothing either to her email address, or any to mine. Not sure what I’m doing wrong?
