• Hello,

    I go in Theme Panel-> Scripts & Styles -> and I disable the “Mega Menu” js file.
    After this, the screen reader text is displayed on the site.
    The issue also happens when disabling other JS files. (it happens only for some JS files)

    <div class="blog-entry-readmore clr">
        <a href="https://example.com/hello-world/" title="Continue Reading">Continue Reading<i class="fa fa-angle-right" aria-hidden="true"></i></a>
        <span class="screen-reader-text">Hello world!</span>
    </div>

    The same issue happens when I disable some CSS files – like “Scroll Top Button”.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    That’s odd. Are you using any cache/optimization plugin?

    No.
    I’ve tried again now on a clean installation – only the OceanWP theme and the Ocean Extra plugin. No other plugins.
    Disabling Mega Menu.js –> screen reader text is displayed.
    Thanks.

    I tested the issue on my end but don’t have the same issue. Screenreader text is not appearing after disabling the script as you mentioned.

    Hello Amit,

    Maybe I’m missing something. I’ve made a video https://youtu.be/BxzEUjqhhdE

    Thank you.
