Showing the wrong currency

I have the premium, but I have now got the total price showing in RON, and not GBP, which I have now set a number of times.
I have tried to submit a ticket, but it keeps saying I cannot since I haven’t filled out all of the fields…which I have.
They are based in the US, so I can’t call them either.
EDIT : It doesn’t matter what I set the currency too, it’s always showing RON, which I found out is Romanian.
