Shpping Method Not Showing

    Hi,

    I just using flexible shipping recently. and we have few issues happening, the shipping method not showing for our 3 different customers, but before was working.

    could you tell me why this happening?

    we really love the feature, but don’t want that to happen again as we are losing sale 🙁

    somehow only australia shipping works, before all country works

    now is working, I have deactivated and activated one by one other plugin and i don’t see any problem with them.

    do you know what caused this issue? seems sometimes work and sometimes not

    Hi,

    Your shipping method contains rules up to 1 kg. When there are products weighing more than 1 kg in the cart, this shipping method is not displayed.
