Hi there,

Your plugin is amazing! However, i have set the ticket to “Randomly shuffle the ticks” and it won’t work. I have cleared cache, etc etc but the tickets appear in the same order as I introduced them no matter what.

Is there any help?

I’m not sure what could be happening on your site. Are you using any Ditty extensions or any other plugins that could be modifying the main Ditty News Ticker plugin?

Could you provide a screenshot of your Ticker’s global settings and Ticks that are added, and also a link to your page were the ticker is displayed?
