    I purchased the Shuttle Theme for $49. Had a couple of issues, and their support was extremely slow to respond. I then had a problem with the site and had to reinstall WordPress and the Shuttle Theme on the site. The API key could not be activated because due to some error that kept causing a javascript(0) error. I contacted support again. They do not read the full question, or they do not understand English. Their responses are complete disconnect to my support questions. I tell them I want my money back since they can’t get the API key to work. They say they are elevating to a person for refund. It does not happen, and they close the ticket because I did not respond for 7 days! Then when I say something about that, they say it takes takes time to elevate for refund. So why did they close the ticket? It has been a month, and nothing. Crooks.
