SI Captcha input not recognized

Hello,
I’m using the latest SI Captcha V 3.0.0.10 (with WP 4.7.3) and for some reason I can login with empty/blank captcha input field. Also any input is ignored.
So, it looks like the captcha input field doesn’t get checked at all.
Am I the only one with this issue? Any Idea what to check?

I have disabled all plugins (except SI captcha) on a local mirrored system trying to cut it down, but the problem still remains.

I had sent you a ticket via http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/support with the requested URL of the site.
Have you had time to have a look at it?
I tried to cut it down with disabling one plugin after another without success.
At least it looks like I’m not the only one facing this issue.

when I us mailadresse to log in, i need no captchaI’ve also tested it with FastSecure reCAPTCHA.

I have not installed WooCommerce – the problem is already at login to wp-admin 🙁
All plugins disabled – the problem is still there.@mikechallis
The ticket is #1674 submitted on 21.04.2017– The issue appears on backend- & front-end login form.

It was NOT the plugin!

I have tried it with four different Theme’s and disabled all plugins – the problem still exists.
When I enter the mail address to log in, then captcha input field does not get checked
When will there be a solution?

I did also clean up the database via WP-Optimize – maybe this did also do the trick (just guessing). There had been many old option entries.WP-Optimize has unfortunately not solved the problem.
Any idea why this does not work for me?For more than 5 months there was no information provided by the developer 🙁
