I have tried the following code but this is not working:

Without access to the actual site’s source code, it is near impossible to investigate further, I’m afraid.
I am making a woo commerce store and am using the sidebar widget with products being filtered by categories.
Nevertheless, just to clarify, did you already have a chance to reach out to the support channel of the plugin in use for sidebar widget, or otherwise?
