I have just installed the plugin, works great. I am having an issue with adding my own text.
I have this-
<h2>Contact</h2>

[mjcontactus]

However the Contact text always comes after the form.
Also, is there something in the plugin that means it must be full width. I am trying to put a picture to the right of it using easy columns and it will not do it, it always goes below. I am new to this, so probably something stupid I am doing.
