Hi, I have used the export plugin to create the file and now have tried to use the import plugin but it does not work. It installs all ok but it will not show up in the dashboard menu on the left. This is a brand new wordpress install and all other plugins de-activated to make sure no conflict occurs.

Any help on this would be great

Hi @steveh72,

It installs all ok but it will not show up in the dashboard menu on the left.

Are you certain that the user you’re logged in with has the “manage_options” capability (see: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#manage_options)? Also, are you using any menu editor or user role editor plugins that may be changing capabilities and/or hiding items?
