Hi.
About overlapping edit page:
Do you mean using the Gutenberg editor?
If yes, this will be fixed within the next version, which will support WP5.
About Actions Buttons:
This is part of the default behaviour in order to get a cleaner view.
Is there any issue with it?

Yes, it was in the Gutenberg editor in WP5.
Regarding the action buttons, prior to applying the Kodeo in WP5, the action buttons were shown below each plugin. After Kodeo is applied, I have to hover the mouse over the area where the buttons are supposed to be in order to see them. The buttons help give an overview of which plugins are activated/network activated without having to hover over each one individually, so it’s not as useable now

Is this only in WP Multisite Scenario?
Because on a normal WP site in the plugin list you will easily identify deactivated plugin by the grey background color. Anyway, we will introduce a settings in the upcoming version.
It’s for WP multisite 4.9.8

Hi.
I suppose this is because of WP Multisite.
Kodeo Admin UI is not supporting WP Multisite yet.
But we will check the issue and if it’s no big deal we will add support in the next version. In the meantime you can try update to KAUI V1.1.0 since it has various style improvements.
