Sidebar and Header gone

I posted and looked at my blog today and both the sidebar and header are gone http://www.internetpv.com/blog/
I have tried different themes and I get the same thing.
Here are some of my observations hope they will help. When I go to Manage / files and click on sidebar this is what I get “Oops, no such file exists! Double check the name and try again, merci.” When I look at the path it referees to a theme that I do not have installed. No matter what theme I install this path stays the same. I have tried a re install with the same results Let me know if you need any more info.
