Sidebar and Slider issue

Hi, I have been putting together a site for a client and have had nothing but problems. The site is hosted by Go Daddy. It was orginally running a template monster theme but I switched it over to a Themeforest theme Switch. The problem is I was going along building the site everything is great and then the sidebars start to drop to the bottom of the page. Then the slider on the home page and the four snippet boxes self destructed. I replaced the core WP files. All but the wp-content. Still no luck. Has anyone ever had this issue? Is it a server thing.
