Sidebar changes no longer saving

I am no longer able to save changes to my sidebars. When editing the list of Sidebar Replacement Pages, I make changes and click the “Save Sidebar” button I get a never-ending spinning circle. I first noticed the issue today but haven’t made any changes in a week or two so am not sure when it was introduced.
