Hello @pivovody, thanks for getting in touch. I’d be happy to look into this for you. Please can you share the following information:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you encounter the same when following these troubleshooting steps and in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active?
- A recording of this happening on your site. This may give an indication of what the issue may be.
Once you have shared the above information I can suggest some next steps to take. Let me know if you have any other questions at this time.
Thank you. 1. I provided the information. 2. if the Site Kit by Google plugin is disabled, the sidebar is displayed well, when I enable the Site Kit by Google plugin – the sidebar falls to the bottom (I sent a screenshot). All this happens even in “troubleshooting” mode 3. now the plugin is disabled and the sidebar on the site is in its place
@pivovody That’s interesting to see thanks for sharing the screenshot. Could I check with you if you experience the same when switching to a default WordPresss theme temporarily with Site Kit active?
Thanks. To check the default themes, I need to spend a few days to configure it. In the admin panel, in the themes section, these themes without a sidebar. I have already checked several themes that I have already configured, the error is in all themes..
@pivovody Is it possible at all to create a new fresh site on the same host with just the Site Kit plugin installed and active? This will help to narrow down the cause of the issue if you could do this but I understand that this may not be a viable option for you at this time.
Thank you.. sorry, but I probably found the reason, it’s in the topic that I changed, now the sidebar is in place.. The only thing that always surprises me is that the theme developer cannot or does not want to get in touch and solve the problems. On my hosting, where they offer me to install this theme, they cannot even explain who the developer of this theme is!! ))) I had to just delete his theme. Please excuse me again..
@pivovody No problem at all and glad to hear you found the cause was the theme you were using. I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble contacting the host but it now seems the issue is resolved for you from a Site Kit perspective. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks for the help. You can archive the post)))
