Sidebar disappearing

Hello,
i think something is wrong with it,
ive tried to dowinload several plugins but i think they are in conflict with this plugin.
In this moment im having trouble with my sidebar plugin,
in fact i can watch it just if im logged in, while i can if im logged out.
Can you help me?
