Sidebar Disappears when adding

First of all this app is (almost) awesome!
However, I’m having an issue where every time I create a new sidebar, any/all sidebars I’ve already created and placed in a post/page get’s removed. This is pretty severe as I want to add a new sidebar when I creating a post. And as it is I have to go back and choose the sidebar on every page/post.
Once I create a new sidebar. The “Allow this sidebar to be replaced” checkbox gets unchecked automatically. And I get the “… All sidebars have been locked, you cannot replace them.” So once I go back and re-check the “Allow this sidebar to be replaced” checkbox, all of the posts I had sidebars chosen on are removed.
Can this be fixed? Is there a way around this? Help is appreciated!
