Sidebar Gone Random

I have just downloaded and installed the Sydney Theme and overall I’m quite pleased with it, but just one element is driving me mad.

I have set the Sidebar to ‘Enabled’ and Left for all locations.

Unfortunately it seems to have a mind of its own and may be left or right however it sees fit, I would much rather have it anchored on the left.

Any advice please?
