Sidebar issues

Hi! I’m working on a website transfer for a client and I can’t seem to get the sidebar to show up on the home page. The theme was a direct transfer from another site, so realistically, everything should be the same, though I don’t believe it is, considering on the site I’m working on, the sidebar widget won’t show up.
