sidebar keeps moving – please help

Hi All,

http://www.emmosblog.co.uk – has a right hand sidebar which works perfectly on every page of the blog, but leaps to the footer on the home page.
I’ve no idea why this happens, I’ve tried changing themes and the same thing happened, so it must be a dodgy setting somewhere.

Can anyone offer any advice please ?
