Sidebar Location window doesn't finish loading – 2

    I’m having the problem that the sidebar location window doesn’t finish loading. I cannot set the location of the sidebar.

    I’m working with theme’s from Solostream, which suggested your plugin. So it worked fine in the past. I re-installed wordpress, but that didn’t changed a thing.

    Do you have an active subscription with us? (I’m with SoloStream.) Just tested version Custom Sidebars 2.0.9 in WP-Clear 3.2.1 and it works fine. If you have access to our members’ area at http://www.solostream.com/members/ please log in to the forums and create a topic (‘Add Article’) there.

    Hi @little_mum,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Is it working fine if you use default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen?

    Can you check the javascript console for errors?

    In Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> Javascript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

    Let me know what errors if any you are getting so that i can help you to resolve it!
