sidebar location

hi. I have a site at wordpress.com and according to their engineers, I should be talking to you guys instead because apparently my site isn’t hosted by wordpress.com even though I login to wordpress.com to edit it, I signed up with wordpress.com and I have my domain name because I paid wordpress.com for the upgrade. so since you’re the ones that are supposed to help me…
on one of my pages, only one, the sidebar moved from the right, to the bottom. I keep comparing the html to a similar page and can’t seem to figure out why this happened. this is the page url:
