• My sidebar used to be on the right side of my page, I deleted some content, and then it jumped to the left side. The description of the sidebar (appearance>widgets>sidebar) says “Located at the right side of pages” but it’s on the left, and it’s sticking out from the background.

How do I fix this, please?

    Thank you!

    1) what, exactly, did you delete? Did you edit any CSS or PHP? Did you edit any cntent that had <div> tags?

    2) please post a link to your site.

    1) I deleted a video that was in our (appearance>widgets>video) section. it was an <iframe> code. seemed to be just an embedding code from youtube (it was a youtube video).

    2) calhisportsbayarea.com

    Thanks!

This looks a little odd to me. the <div> and </div> tags don’t match up correctly. It may or may not be the issue, however.

If you just remove that widget, rather than editing its content, do things get better?

Which widget do I need to remove? I don’t understand.

I removed the youtube widget from the video section, but the sidebar is still on the left.

I even tried adding back the content that was there prior to the sidebar moving. it was the youtube video that was embedded. still nothing?

is there some CSS coding that needs to be done to move the sidebar to the right? I dont know why it says “located on the right of pages” but it’s on the left. So strange!

The thing is that you removed more that what you thought you removed. We’re in a hole; let’s stop digging. Do you have a backup?

I didn’t remove anything but the embedded video, but that must have been attached to something else? I didn’t touch anything but the embedded youtube video.

I only consciously removed the video, so i have the back up for that. I don’t know what was linked to it, so no back up for those. ):

[Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]
