Something is fishy with what you have done here. You have removed the sidebar and loaded it in the main content area.
It is not the original theme.
Try to re-download the theme and check. You might have modified some classes to cause this.

I use the original theme downloaded from the ww.wp.xz.cn page. I reinstalled the theme again – still the same problem. I tired now also the “SKT Photo Session” themes. In this theme is the same problem.
If I use a “page” for the blog main page (settings – reading – Posts page:) the sidebar is below the content.

You are creating a separate template for blog and that isn’t created correctly is what the issue here.
