Sidebar not shown

I’ve created a webpage with Neve theme in which I included the Flow gallery plugin.
On those pages where this gallery is implemented, the side bar with contact information does not work any longer. I first asked the plugin author, but I got the following message:

“The sidebar is part of your WP theme, and the gallery has no effect on it. Please get in touch with the author of the WP theme that you are using.”
