Sidebar plugin by daniel- giving error when activated

    hi,
    am new to word press. i have downloaded word press and installed.i have downloaded a plugin called sidebar (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/sidebars/) and installed. but when i activate this plugin am getting the error message“Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in c:\appserv\www\evolvablog\wp-content\plugins\sidebars\sidebars.php on line 218”
    please help me.
