Sidebar positioning issues

Hey guys.

If you check the link you’ll find the problem. I want to use this picture, I set it at fullcover and centre centre with some padding. The problem is, if I use the ‘fullcover’ option on ‘edit page’, then my side bar appears all the way down at the bottom and pushed over to the right.

How can I fix this?
