Sidebar Problem

Hello..

first, I would like to say sorry if my English bad.
I have a problem about my wp. I have installed wordpress version 2.3.2, I think thats the new one.

But the problem came when I installed new theme. widget for the theme cannot be changes. I’ve tried to read and go to site that wp gave to me in widget panel, but I only can make widget panel shown as dynamic. when i saw my site, sidebar still cannot be changes and different with in the widget panel.

anyone have advice to me?
