Sidebar pushed down by notification bars

I tried two different notification bar plugins

https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-notification-bars

On Desktop, both bars cause Twenty Fifteen left sidebar (logo + pages) to be pushed down about 100px lower.

Any workaround?
