Sidebar Question

    Hi,
    I have a question about the sidebar and no doubt there is a plugin somewhere or there is already a function in wordpress to do this.

    At the moment i have my website template around wordpress, and the Sidebar has Archive, Categories, Links and Meta.
    I want to remove Archive, Categories and Meta and have a list of my post down the side (exactly like a “Recent Post” one). But it displays all my post Titles.

    If someone could tell me how to do this or know where i can get a plugin that would be great.

    Log into your WordPress installation and click on Presentation, then on Theme Editor, then on Sidebar. Delete (or comment out) the stuff you don’t need. (WARNING: some understanding of PHP programming may be required…)

    Before you edit anything: Copy it over to a text file and ave it. So if you mess up, you can copy the old text right back. Do this BEFORE you make a mistake that may be tough to recover from.

    And in case you have a widget sidebar go to “options”/”settings”, then “design” and “widgets” and simply remove the widgets that you don’t want.
