Thank you for reaching out. I suspect the issue is related to your theme, temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen). If the issue is fixed, the theme most likely has compatibility issues, and your web developer may need to modify it or it may need to be uninstalled.

The issue may also be able to be fixed by changing the theme template used on the IDX pages. The below guide will show how to change theme templates. It also includes a theme template example (see a note for developers).

Can’t really tell by the response if you had a moment to look at the issue, but I started with the theme dev support team, and they weren’t sure what was causing the issue with OPTIMA generated specific listing details page, so they recommended I contact you, because it is an OPTIMA generated page. Thank you so much for getting back to me! Will be able to get this resolved today? Or have you left the office already? If so, I really hope you can contact me early tomorrow so we have more adequate time in the work hrs of day to get this addressed. This is literally holding me up from going live for my client.

We were able to figure out the issue was caused by code offered to us from FavThemes support staff, trying to fix the broken code for displaying the share buttons on the property details page. Is it just me, or out of the box there was misaligned shared icons on property detail page, as well as incorrect spacing and alignment with the listing gallery shortcode? had to adjust that with custom CSS too. Anyway, got this text shifting and sidebar issue solved on our own, thank you for attempting to help!
