Sidebar Widget, Custom Menu, and Dropdown

    I’m looking for a plugin recommendation to do the following:

    1. allow me to put a custom menu in a sidebar as a widget

    2. Choose whether or not that menu will be a dropdown-style independent of other menus that might be in different widgets on that sidebar.

    any ideas?
