That’s strange. Can you give me a little more info?
I am getting exactly the same issue for both “Stats – Trends” and “Stats – Views Per Day”. I’ve installed Jetpack but it hasn’t solve the problem.
Also the social metrics is only showing the Reload button…
I’ve tried removing and re-installing the plugin to no avail..
Using v2.6.2 of the plug and WP v 3.1.2..

iam using wp v 3.0.4 and wp-stats dashboard v 2.6.2 and when using the sidebar plugin i get the following output
Yes there is probably some issue with the settings.
Can you send me an email to [email protected] and I’ll help you resolve the issue.
With some help from Dave, it would appear that this could be a permissions issue!
need to set all my plugin files to “755”, though currently I can’t do this as my hosting company have, ever so helpfully, not provided me with access to CHMOD!
I’ve asked them to try and sort this so I can manage my permissions, and will retry.
May be worth changing these permissions if you can and see if it helps..

@gatt you are right we need to set permission to the /wp-content/uploads and /wp-content/plugins/wp-stats-dashboard folder and the problem is solved.
Unfortunately my Webhosts are being a pain in the backside and don’t allow me to chmod my files myself – I have to raise a ticket with a list of files that I want changed
Even then it’s done reluctantly..
Got the two graph files changed to 755 but not sure what files are needed for the “social media metrics” stats widget to start working
Hi all, I seem to be running into the same problem as Gatt here. I’ve reset permissions to all of the mentioned folders, but still get the same error instead of a graph in the sidebar. Thoughts?
Thanks for the braincells on this.

Thanks for the email Dave. So I added in the “Social Metrics” widget below the “Graphs: Daily Views” and updated the type of data I was requesting (to include some social metrics), and the Daily Views graph started popluating on the sidebar. In addition to making certain 1) the 2 key plugs are active, and 2) you have 755 permissiosn on the WPStats folders, it seems possbel that there needs to be some coordintation between what you choose in the settings of the wdigets. not sure, but worked for me.
