sidebar widgets

    I just activated a new theme for my blog, the Aspen theme. It is being displayed with a new header and the title and tagline and page menu all appropriately displayed. But I can’t get the left and right sidebars displayed with their contents. According to the Administrative controls for Widgets these sidebars and their included widgets are no longer available. Why is that the status of these features? What do I need to do to install both of these sidebars and their specific contents into the display of my blog. I like this theme, but I need to fix this problem. Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated. Here is the URL for my blog: http://www.christianityetc.org/blog .Thanks.

    I’ve been able to install the Primary right sidebar with its appropriate widgets. I can select widgets for the left sidebar, but the program puts them below the right sidebar and not into a left sidebar. How do I get the widget controls to display a left sidebar so that I can cite its contents? I want a 3 column template for the display of my blog. I need some help for these further settings. Thanks.
