If I have “leave a reply” on the site looks exactly how I want it to however I do not want “leave a reply”!!! If I remove the “leave a reply” the same issue as above occurs? WTF!!!

I am actually going to go about this site in a completely different way. My post and this thread will not be necessary. I do not know how to delete this thread I started but I would like it removed as I am going to do the website differently and don’t think this will be useful to anyone. there is (unfortunately) no way to remove a topic from the forum – http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Forum_Welcome#Deleting_.2F_Editing_Posts
I can mark the topic as closed, and it will simply go down in history and slowly disappear from view….

Here is my site
Text on the right and left side is just created by a sidebar widget which is just a place holder for now to test. You will notice on the widget on the right hand side the text has a link. I did not add this link nor do I want this link. I want the text to look exactly as it does on the text widget on the left… also I want everything centered. I am not sure what is wrong … I think it has something to do with the sidebar php? I used artisteer templates to create the theme maybe something to do with the settings? Please help its driving me nuts ! Also when you click “enter site” “search” “categories” comes up on the left and “archives” and “bookmarks” comes up on the right … i do not understand where this is coming from as on my widgets those features or inactive and should not be visible! Any help would be greatly appreciated this is driving me bonkers!!!
