    Hello,

I tried to add a new custom sidebar to a post today, and the text is appearing fine, but it’s not picking up my theme’s widget formatting correctly. I thought it might be a problem with the updates, so I deleted the plugin and reinstalled the previous version, but it’s still not working for some reason.

The sidebars I’ve created in the past are still showing the formatting correctly, however. Here’s a link to an page with an older sidebar with the correct formatting and here’s a link to the page with the new sidebar I created that’s not showing the formatting.

    Thanks!

  • Hi there @mc NY,

    Hope you’re well today! 🙂

And thanks for your patience with this! I see the styling in both of those links looks pretty much the same. Has this now been sorted?

With styling concerns like that, it’s usually best to check and see how widgets are styled apart from using Custom Sidebars. That helps to see if it’s related to the plugin itself or to widgets as a whole.

We’d love to look into it if it’s still an issue though. Just let us know. We’re here to help. 🙂

    Cheers,
    David

Ah yes, my fault. I went to your website’s support forum and someone over there helped me fix it. Thanks!

Great to see you got that fixed.

If we can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to ask 🙂
