With JShop pro my side bars will not display on the website or in customize. Just header and footerbars display

Figured out that Side bars only display in pages or post and not products. Is there a way around this as my site is to be a eCommerce site that displays products and would like all the sidebars to display as shown on the demo.

Maybe delete and install theme.
