    Hello,

I am currently using iMember360 (which lets your users within Infusionsoft utilize their credentials to login to your website) as a plugin within my website. My custom sidebars show up perfect when I use an Admin login (This is a site Admin role and does NOT use iMember360) — But when I login with an iMember360 account the sidebars disappear. Is there a setting for permissions within Custom Sidebar that I am missing in order for these to show up? I would deeply appreciate any help you can provide.

    Cheers,

  • Hi @diesel88,

    Thank you for your question.

Are you talking about custom sidebars displaying in front end or in admin area?

Is it working fine when you deactivate the iMember360 plugin?

    Please advise.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi there @diesel88,

Hope you’re well today! We’ve not heard back from you on this so assuming that’s now sorted. Just let us know if it’s an issue still though, we’ll gladly see how we can assist. 🙂

    Thanks!
